GABA Amino Acid

GABA or Gamma-Aminobutyric Acid an amino acid produced naturally in the brain.

What is GABA?

The main function is reducing the neurons’ activity in the brain and central nervous system.

A natural calming inhibitory neurotransmitter that helps send messages between the brain and the nervous system believed to reduce feelings of anxiety.

GABA is produced in the brain from glutamate from a catalyzed of vitamin B6 and enzyme glutamate decarboxylase (GAD).
