Why White Flour is Bad

White flour is generally very refined so leaving very few natural vitamins and minerals. The parts of the flour that is good for you like the whole grain have been stripped away.

Products produced using this highly refined flour generally has preservatives added and fortified with added vitamins and minerals to add some belief of its nutritional value.

Because the white flour doesn’t contain the healthy components like the whole-grain, your body absorbed it as a starch, meaning its energy is used up quickly, rather than slowly and effectively.
