A simple solution is to choose to buy organic foods as often as possible as these are allowed far fewer and less dangerous pesticides. If organics aren’t an affordable option making sure you properly wash your fresh fruits and vegetables before eating to help to reduce exposure.

The major danger of pesticide use is the residue which is in our food when we purchase and ingest the food it has been used on.
