Ingredients
Chai Mousse
- 90g Chai Seeds
- 50g Cocoa Powder
- 470ml Hazelnut milk or any plant milk you prefer.
- 2 Dates (To sweeten)
- Orange Extract
Method
Preparing the Chaii

Pop the chai seeds in a blender (nutribullet or vitamix) and blitz until powder. This helps remove the texture that many people don’t like with chai.

Pop all the other ingredients in with the chai seeds and blitz.
I do chop the dates into smaller pieces before dropping them in.
Fridge Thicken

Now pop in the fridge to set and firm up.
But you can also eat it straight away as its quite thick depending on your personal preference.
If for a dinner party I love to add some orange zest to the top.
