Butternut Squash Stew
- x 2 Large Onions
- Garlic (lots)
- Butternut squash (small)
- Carrots x4 large
- Sweet potato x2 small
- Brown lentil
- Passata
- Marigold bouillon
- Sage
- Rosemary
- Red wine vinegar
- Vegan Worcester sauce
- Sweet chilli
Method
Preparing the spices

Chop onions and garlic and fry in water.

Add vegetables and herbs into the pot.

Cook on the stove, slow cooker or pressure cooker.
Cook until lentils are cooked
Serve with veg and mashed potato.
Otherwise serve with warm crusty bread.
