Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 200 g Flour (Buckwheat, spelt flour )
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ¾ tsp baking soda
- 1½ tsp cinnamon (optional)
Wet Ingredients
- 400 g Banana (mashed, peeled ripe bananas)
- 120 ml maple syrup
- 120 g Peanut Butter or almond butter (If allergic to nuts, tahini or sunflower seed butter are good alternatives)
Method
Cake Mixture

Heat up the oven to 170° C and line a loaf tin with baking paper.

Place bananas with maple syrup and nut butter in a mixing bowl or food processor.

Mix the dry ingredients together (flour, both baking agents, and cinnamon) then add to the banana mix.

Place into the loaf tin and bake for about 30 minutes.
