Simple homemade crackers

Ingredients

Lentil Crackers

  • 3/4 cup lentil
  • Dried or fresh Garlic
  • Dried Onion
  • Nooch (Nutritional Yeast) optional

Method

Place lentils in a bowl of boiling water to soak

Turn Oven on to 180

Drain lentils, rinse and add to nutribullet with
3/4 cup boiling water, garlic and nooch and blitz

Layout on a baking tray covered in parchment. 

Cook for 30 mins then cut up with a pizza cutter and put back in up to 20 minutes

Great to dip in hummus.
