Ingredients
For the burger
- 130 Grams Cooked Brown Rice / Quinoa
- 1 Tin Black Beans
- 1 onion
- 65 Grams Oats
- 300 Grams Mushrooms
- 2 Cloves Garlic
- 65 Grams walnuts
- 2 Teaspoons Smoked Paprika
- 1 Roasted Red Pepper or Jarred
- Half Teaspoon Chilli Powder, OPTIONAL
Serve With
- Toasted Cashews
- Guacamole
Method
Lets Make Burgers

Cook Rice and Quinoa

Mince mushrooms in food processor.

Place walnuts, oats, chili powder, smoked paprika, sea and black pepper into food processor until walnuts and oats are super fine.

Add mushrooms, chopped roasted pepper,onions, and garlic to a frying pain until soft. Drain off any excess liquid.

Mash the black beans with the back of a fork.

large mixing bowl add mix everything together.

Make into patties and refrigerate for 10-15 minutes.

Grill, Oven Bake or Fry – I tend to brush with BBQ sauce.
Serve with Guacamole and toasted Cashews
