Ingredients

  • Fruit (Fresh, Frozen or tinned)
  • 200 grams Flour (Rye)
  • 150 grams Plantbased Margarine
  • 150 grams Dark Brown Sugar
  • 100 grams Whole Oats

Method

Crumble

Put fruit in the bottom of you bowl. There are so many combinations you can choose

Blackberry and apple, raspberry and apple, rhubarb, black cherry to name but a few…

Weigh out your flour, sugar and butter into a bowl and rub together to make a fine crumble

Now add in your oats to the mix

Cover the fruit

Bake for 40mins
