Ingredients
Energy Bar
- 100g Organic Whole Oats
- 120g Quinoa
- 100g Almonds
- 45g Pumpkin Seeds
- 45g Sunflower Seeds
- 200g Dates
- 30g Chai Seeds
- 150ml Water or Maple Syrup
- Vanilla Essence
- 4 Tablesppon Peanut Butter (or Nut Butter)
- Chocolate or Choc Chips
Method
Preparing the spices

Place Oats, Quinoa, Almonds, Pumpkin Seeds and Sunflower Seeds on baking tray

Place in oven for 10mins at 180 degrees

Place dates, water, chai seeds, vanilla essence in nutribullet and blend until a paste.

Place paste in mixing bowl and add the seeds and nuts from the oven and mix.

Now add the peanut butter and you can add chocolate chips at this point if not topping with Chocolate.
