Ingredients
Slaw Basics
- Carrots
- Red Cabbage
- Celeriac
- Cauliflower
- Red Onion (optional)
- Greek Basil (optional)
Dressing
- 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
- 2 Teaspoons - Tahini
- 1 Tablespoon - Miso
- 2 Tablespoons - Maple Syrup
- 1 Teaspoon -Dijon Mustard
- Black Pepper
Method
Preparing Slaw

Peel and grate all the vegetables using a food processor or if short on time a precut bag would work fine.

Pop all the other ingredients for the dressing in a jar and shake to mix.
This is great as just a salad dressing.
