Oil Free Tangy Sweet Plantbased coleslaw

Ingredients

Slaw Basics

  • Carrots
  • Red Cabbage
  • Celeriac
  • Cauliflower
  • Red Onion (optional)
  • Greek Basil (optional)

Dressing

  • 1/2 Cup Apple Cider Vinegar
  • 2 Teaspoons - Tahini
  • 1 Tablespoon - Miso
  • 2 Tablespoons - Maple Syrup
  • 1 Teaspoon -Dijon Mustard
  • Black Pepper

Method

Preparing Slaw

Peel and grate all the vegetables using a food processor or if short on time a precut bag would work fine.

Pop all the other ingredients for the dressing in a jar and shake to mix.

This is great as just a salad dressing.
