Ingredients
Dry Ingredients
- 4 cups Organic Gluten Free Oats
- ½ cup walnut pieces
- ½ cup pecan pieces
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup cranberries
- 2 tablespoon cinnamon (optimal)
Wet Ingredients
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup almond butter (unsalted) or 50/50 smooth peanut butter
- 4 tablespoon water
Method
Homemade Granola

Preheat the oven to 170C

Mix dry ingedients toegther oats, nuts, and seeds and set aside.

Add the almond butter (Peanut Butter), maple syrup, water, cinnamon, to a large pan. Heat over medium until combined.

Add dry ingredients to the pan and mix toegther.

Transfer the granola to a lined baking tray. Spread and press the granola mixture flat.
Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
Remove the granola from the oven and let it cool completely.
Please do not put the granola into a storage container before it has cooled completely, or it will not get crunchy.
