Ingredients
Vegan Bacon
- Rice paper
- 2 Tablespoon olive oil
- 2 Tablespoon Nutritional yeast
- 3 Tablespoons Tamari
- 1 Teaspoon garlic powder
- ¼ Teaspoon Liquid smoke
- ½ Tablespoon Maple syrup
- Pinch black pepper
- ¼ Teaspoon Smoked paprika
Method
Vegan Bacon

Cut rice paper into thick strips and stick two pieces together using water and placing on a piece of grease proof paper

Put all ingredients into a blender to make the marinade

Brush the marinade onto the strip

Bake for about 7 to 8 minutes at 200 degrees until crisp
