- 1 Onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- Red Bell Peppers
- pinch Cayenne Pepper
- pinch Chilli
- pinch Smoked Paprika
- 1 can Kidney Beans
- 200 millilitre Vegan Stock
- 200 millilitre Plant Based Milk
- Plant based Cream, serving

Heat the oil in a saucepan, place the onion, red pepper and garlic into the pan and cook until softened.
Add the cayenne pepper, chilli powder, smoked paprika and kidney beans to the pan and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
