Vegan Ginger Griddle Scones

Ingredients
For the burger
- 225 grams Plain Flour
- 55 grams Vegan Margarine
- 55 grams Castor Sugar or Fine Brown Sugar
- 140 millilitre Plant Based Milk
- 1 teaspoon Bicarbonate of Soda
- 2 teaspoons Cream of Tartar
- 1 teaspoon Ground Ginger
Method
Griddle Scones

Sift flour, Bicarbonate of soda and Ginger in bowl

Rub in butter into the dry ingredients and stir in sugar

Dissolve cream of tartar in the milk and pour into mix until bound to

Knead and divide into 8 portions. If you like things perfect you can roll out and cut out perfect circles. I tend to have people waiting so I spoon piles of dough into the pan. A Little more au natural 🙂

Place on a hot griddle for 5 minutes each side and serve
Great served with jam
