Ginkgo Biloba

Ginkgo biloba is the world’s oldest living species of tree. The herbal remedy is extracted and prepared from the fan-shaped leaves of the tree.

Ginkgo Biloba anti-inflammatory properties and high antioxidant containing high levels of flavonoids and terpenoids, antioxidants that provide protection against oxidative cell damage.

It is believed to improves cognitive function because it promotes good blood circulation in the brain and protects the brain and other parts from neuronal damage.

Effects:

Cognition, memory, circulation, mood, Dementia, eye problems, intermittent claudication (leg pain caused by narrowing arteries), tinnitus

Historical uses were for asthma, bronchitis, and kidney and bladder disorders.

Take Care: 

Interacts with anti-coagulant so avoid if taking them

Some types of antidepressants should not use this.
