Polyphenols are a smaller class of antioxidants in a group of over 6000. Both Polyphenols and flavonoids are families of phytochemicals which are bioactive compounds found in plants .

These are naturally occurring micronutrients we get through certain plant-based foods. These are packed with free radical fighting antioxidants which offer potential health benefits.

Lignans found in nuts and flaxseeds has the highest content

Resveratrol found in red vegetables and fruits (red grapes) has very high antioxidants helps fight cancer, heart disease and lower blood pressure.
