Ingredients

Pie

  • 2 Sweet Potatoes
  • Butternut Squash
  • 1 Tin ChickPeas
  • 2 Onion
  • Garlic
  • 1 Teaspoon Stock marigold
  • Water
  • 1 Teaspoon cumin
  • 1 Teaspoon chilli powder or sweet chilli
  • 1 Tablespoon thyme
  • 1 Teaspoon oregano
  • pinch pepper
  • 1 Packet Pastry

Method

Pie

Fry onion and garlic in water.

Add Butternut Squash, sweet potatoe and Chickpeas and Sautee

Add stock and herbs

Put contents into a pie bowl and pop the pastry over the top.
If you dont have a pie bowl you can put the filling in the pastry and roll it inside.
