Our story started with a chance watching of a documentary. Sounds strange to say but we were feeling ill and sat infront of netflix. We watched Fat, Sick & Nearly Dead then Cowspiracy both amazed us and started our journey.
Life-changing knowledge which has helped us tremendously to stay up to date with information but also motivating us to keep following this way of life.
