Basic Raw Vegan Cheesecake

Raw Cheesecake

  • 250 grams Vegan Biscuit, Base
  • 100 grams Vegan Margarine, Base
  • 200 grams Soaked Cashews
  • 180 grams Dark Vegan Chocolate
  • Vanilla Seeds or 1Tsp Vanilla Essence


Vegan Cheesecake


Blitz the biscuits in a food processor and melted the butter then combined the two and press into a cake tin and chill.


Melt the chocolate and the butter and blitz, the cashews and the vanilla until smooth. ( cashew water can help if too dry).


Now place topping on the base
