- 250 grams Vegan Biscuit, Base
- 100 grams Vegan Margarine, Base
- 200 grams Soaked Cashews
- 180 grams Dark Vegan Chocolate
- Vanilla Seeds or 1Tsp Vanilla Essence
Blitz the biscuits in a food processor and melted the butter then combined the two and press into a cake tin and chill.
Melt the chocolate and the butter and blitz, the cashews and the vanilla until smooth. ( cashew water can help if too dry).
