- Red, Green, Yellow Peppers

- Tinned Tomatoes
- Passata
- Mixed Beans - Kidney etc
- Chick Peas (optional)
- Brown Rice
- Vegetable Stock / Bouillon
Herbs and Spices
- 2 tbsp soy sauce or tamari
- 2 tsp Oregano
- 1 tsp Thyme
- 1 tsp Dried Garlic
- 1 tsp Dried onion
- 1 tsp Cumin
- 3 tsp Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp Turmeric
- Pinch Ground black pepper
- Pinch Cayenne powder (more if like it hotter)
- Sweet Chilly Sauce (optional)
